The Remote Case Access System (RCAS) is maintained by the Shelby County Juvenile Court. The RCAS is intended as a convenience to the citizens of Shelby County for the purpose of obtaining public record information regarding cases filed in the Shelby County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division. No warranty or guarantee is provided or implied through the availability of the RCAS, and no certification of authenticity can be assumed regarding the accuracy of the information provided by the RCAS.

Every effort is being made to ensure the accuracy of the information in the RCAS. The docket entries found in this system are the same as those on the official court docket in the Shelby County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division.

The information contained in this system does not constitute the official record and, being a copy, may have some inaccuracies. These databases are intended for use by the general public. They are not intended to be a source for bulk downloads of data. Efforts to mine large quantities of data from the RCAS without prior approval of the Shelby County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division will be detected and stopped.
