Overview

The program is composed of four staff members and roughly 30 volunteers that are representing the children's best interest and are the "eyes and ears" of juvenile court.

How to Get Involved as a Volunteer

There are a few general requirements to become a CASA/GAL volunteer:

  • You must be 21 years of age
  • You must have a high school diploma or GED
  • You must undergo a criminal background check
  • You must complete 30 hours of pre-service training, which is provided locally by the program
