Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution by the Board of Education of the Anna Local School District, Shelby County, Ohio, on June 2nd, 2014, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November the question of a renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Anna Local School District for the purpose of current operating expenses at a rate not exceeding 4 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.40 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of 5 years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016.

The polls for said Election will be open 6:30 A.M. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. of said day.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution by the Board of Education of the Jackson Center Local School District, Counties of Auglaize, Logan and Shelby, Ohio, on July 31, 2014, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November the question of shall the school district be authorized to do the following:

  1. Issue bonds for the purpose of renovating and constructing school facilities and locally funded initiatives under the Classroom Facilities Assistance Program of the Ohio School Facilities Commission; furnishing and equipping the same; and improving the sites thereof in the principal amount of $10,086,370, to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 38 years, and levy a property tax outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county auditor to average over the bond repayment period 8.3 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to $0.83 for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds?
  2. Levy an additional property tax to provide funds for the acquisition, construction, enlargement, renovation, and financing of permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to $0.05 for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, for a continuing period of time?

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution by the Board of Trustees of Houston Joint Ambulance District, Shelby County, Ohio, on May 20th, 2014, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November the question of a renewal of a tax for the benefit of Houston Joint Ambulance District for the purpose of providing, operating and maintaining emergency and rescue equipment, apparatuses, appliances, buildings or sites and emergency rescue companies to operate the same or to purchase ambulances or emergency medical services operated by an emergency rescue department or emergency rescue company, at a rate not exceeding 0.6 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.06 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution by the Board of Trustees of Loramie Fire District, Shelby County, Ohio, on May 13, 2014 there will be submitted to a vote of the people of said subdivision at a GENERAL ELECTION to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November the question of a replacement of a tax for the benefit of Loramie Fire District, for the purpose of fire protection including but not limited to purchase of equipment, land and buildings, payment of permanent, part time or volunteer firemen and contracts with firefighting companies at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.15 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 3 years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016
